All orders are shipped out from Singapore with minimal packaging, with tracked shipping via Singpost or Qxpress. I am not responsible for the item after proof of postage and tracking number has been sent to you. Pottery pieces will only be shipped out with Qxpress courier to ensure they reach you in a safely and timely manner.
